ACLU Files Lawsuit Against Miss. Over Religious-Themed Abstinence Summit
The American Civil Liberties Union on Wednesday filed a lawsuit against the Mississippi Department of Human Services alleging that the agency included religious music and Bible teachings during a state-sponsored event promoting abstinence until marriage, the AP/Hattiesburg American reports.
